Securing the Victory - Lamiglas Style!

Over the weekend, Lamiglas Pros Kyle Clark and Jesse Halstead won the 2025 Lake Tapps Open - weighing in at 15.98lbs! Jesse also won 2nd big fish of the tournament which was a 4.74lb. Largemouth. Jesse & Kyle's incredible wealth of knowledge and angling talent played a crucial part in securing their win, combined with their lineup of XP Bass rods from Lamiglas! "Jesse and myself competed at lake tapps on Saturday and got the victory! The XP Bass Series from Lamiglas was key to our win.

I used the XP703S for skipping senkos way back under the docks, targeting fry guarding bass.

The great balance on that rod allowed me to make precision skips under the docks.

It also has the backbone to get the fish out from under the dock and into the boat. I use the same rod for sight fishing bass on beds, too.

I used the XP703C for tossing a topwater walking bait. It allowed me to make long accurate casts and the tip of the rod gave me the ability to work the bait in a side to side action perfectly. It’s also the rod I used for my jerkbaits.

I used the XP704C for my chatterbait - running it along docks trying to trigger the more aggressive bass. It has the perfect amount of 'give' at the tip to not pull the bait out of the fish's mouth on hooksets, yet still has the backbone to drive the hook home!"
